What kind of bird has 1 black ring and 2 white rings around it's neck?
Mostly grey and white, has long legs (longer than average), and was seen in Reno, NV Please help!! thanks : )

Thanks Kat it wasn't near water, but i haven't seen it anywhere before. The picture looks like it but the body color is a little different, and the rings order is switched (if i remember right)
Does it have a long neck? How tall is it? Was it near the water?
