is there any way possible (like a trick or button you can push) on a landline phone or cell/mobile which will allow you to bypass the ringing completly and just leave someone a message? I know that on some cellular phones you can "send a message to another voice mailbox" but that doesnt work for me. I am looking for another option. any help or ideas would be great. thanks
Call your local telephone company and ask them for the "voice mail access number" . You will need to give them the area code and first 3 digits of their phone number. The only way this will work for certain though is if you know their telephone provider.
Once you dial that number, dial their home phone number and you will just get their message.
I don't think this will work for cell phones. (I am in the landline industry)
