pearl or diamond wedding ring?
i personally want a pearl wedding ring with small diamonds around it but is there anyone else who has a pearl one or is interested in one?
I love pearls especially in earrings and necklaces. But my main problem with pearl rings is that I tend to be a bit rough on my hands.
I'm constantly knocking my hands (and as such my rings) against door frames, desk tops and random surfaces. Pearls aren't as "forgiving" as diamonds and other hard gems like tanzanite; so if you use your hands a lot for work (like a nurse) or if you're as rough on your hands as I am then it's probably best to look at it again.
I'm not saying don't get a pearl ring, just that you should do some more research into them.
